Counselling Therapies

In partnership with SEFF, we offer access to a team of skilled counsellors who are well-equipped to support the diverse and specific needs of victims and survivors of the Northern Ireland Troubles.

Our counselling services follow an integrative approach, tailored to each individual. This means we work collaboratively with the person to develop a therapeutic process that best suits their unique situation and needs.

Counsellors are trained and experienced in a range of therapeutic methods, including:

Sessions are typically offered weekly for an initial period of up to 12 sessions, with the option to extend up to 18 sessions if required. Each appointment lasts approximately 50 minutes.
